Review:
Grace Street is a Korean coffeehouse with delicious drinks and desserts. They have shaved snow, boba, coffee, Basque cheesecake, and warm desserts such as French toast, waffles, and donuts. Everything is expertly crafted to create delicious, unique treats. I can’t wait to go back and try more!
Original Basque Burnt Cheesecake – The Basque Burnt Cheesecake is a crustless cheesecake with a burnt exterior and custardy interior. Grace Street’s Basque cheesecake is the most delicious one I’ve ever had. If you love cheesecake and have never had Basque cheesecake before, you must try it. It has a pure, subtly tangy and sweet cheesecake flavor. The inside of the cheesecake is ultra smooth and creamy. The center is so luxuriously creamy. It is simply heavenly! You will never put a more gorgeously creamy thing in your mouth. This is one of my favorite desserts I’ve ever eaten!
Elixir Shaved Snow – The Elixir Shaved Snow includes green tea snow, red bean, diced taro, and lychee jelly, drizzled with condensed milk. The green tea snow is made from frozen green tea flavored sweet milk. It is fluffy, smooth, and creamy. The earthy green tea flavor comes through beautifully along with the perfect amount of sweetness. The red bean, diced taro, lychee jelly, and condensed milk all compliment the green tea snow and add fun flavor and texture. The red bean is sweet, nutty, earthy, and smooth. The taro is sweet and nutty. It is cooked so that it has a smooth bite and is not too starchy. The lychee jelly is sweet, subtly tart, and floral. It is refreshing and bright. The condensed milk drizzled over the snow is sticky, sweet, and milky. This is an amazing dessert for a hot summer day. It is refreshing and filled with delicious flavors and textures!
