Review:

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Sticky Toffee cake is a pumpkin cake made with pumpkin, dates, and brown sugar dripping in a sticky toffee sauce.  It is one of the best, most comforting desserts I have ever had.  It is simply heavenly.  The cake is frozen and can be heated in the oven or microwave.  Right out of the mold, the cake is a perfect little bundt with a glossy toffee oozing down the sides.  The spoon glides through the velvety smooth cake.  The cake on its own is incredibly moist, and the sticky toffee makes it even more luxurious.  The cake has delectable spiced pumpkin flavor with a rich, deep sweetness from the dates and brown sugar.  The toffee is gorgeously sticky with an incredible nutty, brown-butter flavor that compliments the pumpkin cake beautifully.  It tastes like a cozy, crisp fall day.  Each bite was so delicious I could not contain myself from exclaiming, “Mmmm, this is so good!” after each spoonful.  While eating it, this cake transported me through time and space to the ultimate universe.  It was really that good!  If you are a fan of pumpkin and toffee, go get it right now!
