Pumpkin Spice Milk – If you have read my previous review of Bored Cow Milk, you would know that Bored Cow makes 100% animal-free dairy milk by fermenting real whey protein (which is what creates milk).  It tastes just like regular milk and is lactose free and vegan friendly (although not certified vegan because it is the first of its kind).  Their newest flavor for the fall is pumpkin spice.  It can be found at Target in a four pack of 12 oz. cartons.  It is absolutely delicious!  It has a creamy texture and satisfying milk flavor with the perfect sweet, spiced flavor you want from pumpkin spice.  It is tasty on its own or in coffee.  I love having it alongside a sweet breakfast pastry.  If you love pumpkin spice and are vegan, lactose intolerant, or just want to consume environmentally friendly products, you must try it!
