Gingerbread Cookie Dough – The Gingerbread Cookie Dough ice cream includes molasses cookie butter and gingerbread cookies in a rum royal icing ice cream base.  The molasses cookie butter is smooth and rich with a deep caramelized molasses flavor.  It melds beautifully into the sweet, incredibly creamy ice cream.  The ice cream has a complex, sweet and subtly rum-like flavor that compliments the chunks of gingerbread cookies.  And let me tell you, these gingerbread cookies are especially good cookies packed with warm spiced flavor.  I love the combination of both the cookie butter and actual cookies because it creates a harmony of both buttery, gooey texture and satisfyingly crisp cookies.  This is by far the best gingerbread ice cream I’ve ever had!

Dwanta’s Teremana Spiked Eggnog – Dwanta’s Teremana Spiked Eggnog ice cream includes custard ice cream, Teremana’s Reposado tequila, and amontillado sherry.  The ice cream has a luxuriously rich, creamy eggnog flavor speckled with a generous amount of nutmeg, which I believe is the best part of eggnog.  It has the perfect amount of sweetness unlike many eggnog ice creams that can be overly sweet.  Despite having both tequila and sherry in it, the ice cream is not bursting with any sort of alcohol flavor.  Instead, it has a unique depth of flavor that makes it extremely delicious and beyond just plain eggnog.  If you are an eggnog lover, you must try this ice cream!
