Gnocchi on 9th is a restaurant with various locations throughout NYC that only serves gnocchi.  Their two staple flavors are only $10 and their specials are all under $20.  You can add creamy, fresh burrata for $3. The service is super fast.  There is no seating, you get the gnocchi in a takeout box.  It is  a quick meal that is as hearty and delicious as a sit down restaurant.

Gnocchi alla Vodka – The Gnocchi alla Vodka includes gnocchi in fresh vodka sauce.  I added the burrata.  The gnocchi has the perfect balance of chew and pillowy tenderness.  The vodka sauce brings the perfect harmony of rich creaminess and bright tomato.  It perfectly compliments the potato gnocchi.  The fresh burrata melts into the sauce making it extra luxurious with its creamy texture and bits of cheesy goodness.  I’ve never had a better gnocchi dish than this.  If you are a fan of gnocchi, this is a spot you must visit!
